Q2: Could I get a Sample for free? 

A: Of course, Sample can be free, you just need to pay the shipping cost.  (The sample cost will be returned after the formal order.)

 

Q3: Could I do private label on the product and the Box? 

A: Yes, Please describe your needs to customer service in detail.

 

Q4: Can you accept small orders? 

A: Yes, we can accept the samll order. 

 

Q5: Can you do less MOQ? 

A: Yes, We can. We can do some small customized products. If you need more detail please calling our customer service, we are online 24 hours. 

 

Q6: What is your delivery time?
A: It will take about 40 days to finish an order after the GB/IM artwork are available. But the exact time is according to actual situation. We will release the time line for the order/project.

Q9: What is your payment term?

A: 30% TT in advance, the balance payment 70% before shipment
